About this product
This mechanically driven cutter is for Copper and Aluminum. It has a variable speed trigger for precision, and a large strategically placed non-skid bumper. It features a locking position on the forward/reverse switch, accepts 2.0Ah-6.0Ah Makita batteries, and has a LED work light.
For Use On:
Aluminum: up to 1500 kcmil
Copper Flex: up to 1250 kcmil
Copper (soft drawn): up to 1000 kcmil
Copper (hard drawn): up to 750 kcmil
NOT made to cut Steel or ACSR
This is just the cutter in a hard case. Charger and battery are sold separately. These cutters do accept 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0Ah Makita batteries.
