This heavy duty fixed base welding reel rack from Diamond Lead Reels features two 10" dual ball bearing spool reels. Each spool can hold 150 feet of 1/0 cable or 125 feet of 2/0 cable. With a "Live Reel Setup" keeping it connected to the welder at all times.
Locking pull pins secure cables while not in use, and a vented circle design allows for free air flow over your leads to aid in cooling. Locking pull pins secure cables while not in use, and reels are rebuildable with full line of replacement parts. An adjustable heavy duty manual friction brake allows the user to set tension and prevents free spooling of leads during roll out. It also locks the spools down while the unit is not in use.
Each rack is made from a heavy duty all steel construction with a powdercoated finish. All hardware is Zinc coated.
The powdercoat finish is stocked in black by default. Multiple colors are available and can be special ordered. Give us a call for a custom quote!
