Jelco’s 8’ rope safety lanyard is an essential piece to be used with your wood pole fall restricting system. The 16 strand rope lanyard is made of durable Yale XTC style rope with a red core for easy inspection. This model also utilizes an 18” fabric tube made of ballistic material. This solves the problem of the plastic tube cracking over time and becoming a hindrance when passing obstacles. The ballistic material increases the longevity. The rope slides easily through the fabric tube to allow ease of movement while working out of the rope lanyard.
The connector offerings have also been upgraded on these new models. The connector is now an aluminum snap hook that weighs less than 2 pounds! The standard length is 8 feet.
