The JET Horizontal Bandsaw is equipped with a large handwheel, built-in gauge, blade guides, quick-positioning vise, and a removable chip tray, making it one of the best in its class. It combines efficiency, precision, and functionality for superior results. Features include an adjustable material stop, carbide blade guides with parallel double-row ball bearing support, a built-in self-propelled blade brush to extend blade life, coolant distribution through the blade guides, and a fully adjustable hydraulic downfeed with a separate on/off control valve. The large handwheel and built-in gauge provide easy blade tensioning, while the proprietary oversized chip tray minimizes overspray and reduces cleanup. Additionally, the quick-positioning vise includes fully adjustable jaws and swivels to 45° for added versatility.
