The Rigid Structure Lid (RSL) has two layers of aluminum joined with rigid foam, plus additional full length bolsters for superior strength and rigidity.
The RSL™ is a 3-Layer laminated rigid structural lid with a 90 degree opening, gas springs guards, and self aligning lid hoops. Each unit has a lift-out storage tray with movable dividers, and small parts storage bins.
A channel reinforced front panel, full length lock console, and a one-piece box body design give these boxes security and rigidity required for a long life. They also utilize drill resistant push button locks.
