These extendable levels are made with a strong, re-enforced frame, allowing them to withstand the toughest of conditions. Removable 1-5/8" stand-offs reach around the braces of this level. The frame side opposite of the stand-offs is a level measuring surface and straight edge. The plate height dimensions are clearly marked on the rail. A fully sealed solid rail (six sided) extension eliminates deflection and delivers the smoothest extension movement available.
For these models, the top plumb vial is permanently positioned at eye level. Stabila levels use spring steel hairline indicators inside the vials. The patented, epoxy-locked vials never need adjusting and are readable in every direction with no change in accuracy tolerance. The vials are crystal clear, and their accuracy is guaranteed for life and will never fog, leak, or require adjustment.
