Description
This DuraLite PLR series of Self-Retracting Lifelines is built around a rugged alloy-steel, load-bearing chasis which contains a modular composite drum, a sealed brake assembly and dual pawls crafted from state-of-the-art aluminum alloy. The composite housing is durable and works in concert with the internal components to make this one of the most light-weight, full-featured SRL's available.
As with all FallTech SRL's, arrest forces are kept to 900lbs. or less and deceleration distances are considerably below the allowable limit of 54". Additionally, the alloy steel Z359-compliant load-indicating swivel carabiner is standard equipment at the attachment end. DuraLite PLR meets or exceeds requirements of OSHA 1926 and ASNI Z359.1-2007.
